At Pine and Holly Designs, all of our seasonal wreaths, bows, and tabletop decor are handmade. Our clothing and accessories are thoughtfully designed by us, with some items created with the help of talented seamstresses we collaborate with. Every piece is carefully selected or crafted to reflect the style and quality of Pine and Holly.

Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. If something is made-to-order or in a high-demand season (think holidays), it may take 1–2 weeks before it ships. We'll always note current turnaround times at checkout.

Usually, yes — though fabric availability shifts, so an exact replica isn't always possible. Sign up for our mailing list at the bottom of the page to get first dibs on restocks and new collections.

Absolutely. Add your note in the order comments at checkout and we'll handwrite it on one of our cards, tucked inside with the gift. No prices appear on the packing slip when shipping as a gift.

We currently ship throughout the United States. International shipping isn't available yet, but we hope to expand soon — drop us a note if you'd like to be on the waitlist for your country.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We pack as efficiently as possible to keep costs down. Local pickup may be available for nearby customers — please reach out before ordering.

Yes — you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it within a week of ordering, peek in your spam folder, then send us a quick note.

Each product listing includes specific measurements. Because everything is handmade, sizes may run slightly different from mass-produced brands. A few gentle guidelines:

• If baby is between sizes, size up — they grow before you blink.
• Our gowns and bloomers tend to run roomy on purpose, for comfort and a longer wear window.
• Sweater sets and bodysuits run true to age range.

When in doubt, message us with baby's weight, height, and age — we're happy to help.

Most pieces are available in newborn through 24 months, with select items running up to 4T. Each listing notes the size range available for that particular design.

We recommend washing in cool water on a gentle cycle, inside a mesh laundry bag if you have one. Use a mild, baby-safe detergent (free of dyes and harsh fragrances). Tumble dry on low or — even better — lay flat to dry. This keeps colors crisp and seams strong.

We choose soft, gentle fabrics with baby skin in mind — cotton, chenille, and other natural-feel materials. Each listing notes the specific fabric content. We pre-wash most fabrics before sewing to minimize shrinkage and remove any manufacturing residues.

Blankets do well on a gentle cold-water cycle and a low tumble. Bows and decorative accessories should be spot-cleaned only — a damp cloth and a little patience go a long way to keeping them looking fresh.

Yes! At Pine and Holly Designs⁠, we love creating custom seasonal wreaths and home decor. We gladly take special orders and enjoy working with customers to design pieces that fit their style, color preferences, and space perfectly. Visit our contact page with what you have in mind and we'll get back to you with timeline and pricing.

For custom work, we ask for at least 4 weeks from approval of the design to ship date — more during busy seasons. The earlier you reach out, the more options we have for fabrics and fit.

We're a small operation, but we love working with small boutiques and shops whose aesthetic feels like a match. Send us a message with your shop's details and what you're looking for, and we'll see what's possible.

Because everything is handmade in small quantities, we handle returns case by case. Unworn, unwashed items in original condition may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Custom and personalized pieces are final sale. We work closely with you through the design process so the finished piece is exactly right.

Please send us a photo within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right — repair, replace, or refund, whatever fits best.

Two sisters — Jennifer and Angela. Twenty-five years ago we ran a small sewing business together. Life got bigger and busier, and we tucked the machines away to raise our kids. Those kids are grown now, and in 2025 we picked it all back up. Pine & Holly Designs is the result.
